SHIPPING
Orders are shipped after confirmation.
All deliveries to Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
This means VAT and import duties are already included in the price — no additional customs charges upon delivery.
In rare cases, U.S. Customs may request completion of CBP Form 5106. This is a standard import registration procedure and only required if the recipient has not previously received international shipments.

Before returning an item
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at

We arrange the return shipment together with you to ensure the safest and most suitable transport solution.
Returns sent without prior agreement cannot be accepted.
Return conditions
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
Items must be unused and returned in original condition and packaging.
Custom-made or personalized pieces cannot be returned.
Return shipping
Return shipping is arranged by HAUS ÜGER.
We book collection through the carrier that best matches your location.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
In this case, HAUS ÜGER covers all return shipping costs and arranges replacement or refund.
