All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Soenderborg, Denmark.
- Estimated Delivery Times – EU: 2–5 business days. Rest of the world: 5–10 business days (depending on destination and carrier).
- Shipping Methods – We offer worldwide shipping via trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, and selected freight services. Shipping method and delivery time may vary depending on the size and volume of the order.
- Shipping Costs – Shipping costs are covered by the retailer unless otherwise agreed. Rates vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order, as well as the chosen shipping provider.
- Use of Retailer’s Shipping Account – If you have an account with a preferred shipping service, we are happy to coordinate and ship using your account. Please let us know when placing your order.
- Tracking & Insurance – All shipments are fully insured and come with tracking information. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
- Packaging – We pack all items securely and with care to minimize any risk of damage during transport. For larger wholesale orders, products may be shipped on pallets.
First order: prepayment via invoice or credit card.
Returning retailers: Net 14/30 days upon approval.
Prices are quoted in DKK/EUR, excluding VAT.
